Personality Traits, Agentic and Communal Orientation, and Burnout in Remote Learning of Students in Different Years

The coronavirus pandemic forced an immediate transition of education to remote. This affected the students significantly. aim this study is examine level academic burnout in remote learning during pandemic, taking into account personality differences (Big Five traits: conscientiousness, neuroticism; communal orientation) as predictors. difference within two groups was also examined – people remotely from beginning and those who previously studied stationary. A personal survey three questionnaires were used: Polish adaptation Ten Item Personality Inventory (TIPI-PL) by Sorokowska, Słowińska, Zbieg Sorokowski measuring Big traits, Scale Measuring Agency Communion Wojciszke Szlendak, Oldenburg Burnout (OLBI) Chirkowska-Smolak burnout. 587 aged 18–48 participated study. general hypothesis that mentioned individual stand results confirmed a high neuroticism orientation predict higher exhaustion one factors. Higher conscientiousness predicts lower levels both factors (exhaustion disengagement). Results showed stationary had than studying slight.
